“Not a four star hotel”

I just returned from a one night stay in Residenz Hotel Graal-Müritz. This is rated as a 4 star hotel but our room was more like a two star hotel. The size of the room was ok but we were sorry to find a lot of stains on the carpet and on the table. There were no window but only some little windows (30cmx30cm). Bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was ok too. The situation of the Hotel is great (150m of the beach).
Maybe we were given this room due to the fact we booked with Booking.com with a very good rate?
Anyway it is ok for a one overnight stay.
