We stayed at this hotel, because we had a two day ticket for the Heide Park Soltau and we decided not to stay at the Heide Park Resort hotel, cause it seemed we wanted to save some money! But I only have good things to say about the Heide Park Soltau Hotel! It's fairly close to the Heide Prak, but as well to the city of Soltau! So in the evening you have the opportunity to go into the city to get a bit to eat, or for a small drink!
After we arrived at the hotel ( 3 adults, 3 kids) we first got our rooms from a nice lady! The rooms very clean and nice. After that we just checked out the small wellness - spa area. There is not a lot of entertaining for kids, but the indoor pool its quite seperated from sauna and fitness room. So it was okay to go into the pool with the kids. After our little pool excursion we left for a nice italian restaurant in the city and after we were all pretty tired.
We all slept pretty well.
And seriously - the best was the breakfast in the morning! They had a very big choice of breakfast things! Eggs, Bacon, Bread, Cheese... Salads.. Juices...
So I really enjoyed the one night stay there.

But I guess it's a pretty typical conference hotel, cause it seemed, as they have quite a few conference rooms and it's not that central for a city trip or the Heide Park trip. In either ways its good to have a car. Or be a very patient walker ;)
