The hotel owns a restaurant /bar that is open until midnight or later. On warm nights people sit outside and drink, becoming very loud. Because the hotel is not air conditioned, hotel customers need to have the windows open in order to sleep. We got no sleep until it settled down at around 1 in the morning. The desk did not answer the phone and the next morning the manager did not seem to care at all. Couldn't seem to understand that people check into hotels in order to sleep at night. Manager very indifferent to comfort of guests.

- Disliked — breakfast was awful, staff was indifferent, couldn't sleep because of all the noise from the restaurant/bar, didn't get the Kur cards in order to enjoy the facilities in BK
