Friendly staff at the reception, but barely spoke English.
No wifi internet anywhere in the hotel (only two computers in the lobby, free of charge).
Very spacious room, but was cold on arrival, with outdated furniture and facilities.
Empty minibar.
Terrible soundproofing.
Good central location.
Has the potential to be a very good hotel, after a lot of renovations.

Spacious but run down rooms, balcony was air-con view backyard walk-out, mini bar was totally empty and they informed that drinks had to be ordered in advance, so I ordered a bottle of water which arrived the next day at 8 pm at charged 4.5 EUR. Spa area nothing special, just ok. Friendly staff though, guests 60+

The Frankenland Hotel is located in the heart of BAd Kissingen. Which is very good in case you dont travel by car and the hotel doesnt have a conference. Otherwise its very recommendable to reserve a parking lot ahead (5EUR per day).
The rooms are typical for 4*, functional without an eye catching highlight.
The hotel has a spa area and swimming pool is included - but not the one form the spa, its a basic one in the basement.
The restaurant are very nice. Rustical and with view to the (spa) garden.
