I stayed at this hotel 3 nights in August 2011, with my husband
Style: this is a small family run hotel, without a complete reception service: with the room key you have also the keys of the entrance because there is no night porter. There isn't a hall, but there are some chairs in the garden you can enjoy during summer season.
Location: few minutes walking from the centre of Bad Worishofen. The closest to the Thermen Paradies.
Rooms: I had a double room and it was very big and comfortable. The furniture has recently refurbished and there is plenty of space to store your luggage / clothes and everything else you have with you. Bathroom is small and very old, it needs urgent refurbishment, although shower is large and with the Kneipp water jet.
The hotel has a little beauty center and Spa. As it is not big, if you want to enjoy it you have to reserve it during your staying.
Food: very good breakfast but mostly German oriented: small amount of cakes and croissants.
Staff: mostly absent. At the reception desk I meet a lady for the check in and a man (suppose the owner) for the check out. The lady who served during breakfat was very nice, but did not speak English.
The good:room wideness and food at breakfast
The bad: cleanness. I do not mean the hotel was dirty. It was pretty clean, but they did not change towels, although we put them on the pavement to mean we wanted them changed. The worst thing is that they put clean and dirty towels together, so at the end you could hardly recognise the dirty ones from the clean ones. The bed linen were of a bad quality, and again they never changed them. I booked with HRS and I had a complimentary bottle of mineral water, but I did not find it at my arrival, so I took one from the minibar and they charged it on my bill.
I cannot say this hotel was totally bad, but could be better with a more attentive management.
