Stayed here for a training course which was held at the hotel itself in December 2011. Had a lovely large room on the second floor with balcony looking out to the mountains. The room was very comfortable, with everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel, including a complimentary mini-bar.
All the staff seemed to speak good English (fortunate because my German is non-existent), and were very helpful.
The restaurant was good, but had a limited menu. The menu said that they want to use the freshest ingredients, so concentrate on quality, rather than variety (or words to that effect), but the menu didn't seem to change during the 5 nights I was there, so not sure quite how true this was. In any case the food was good, but we went out a couple of nights - I suspect you'd get quite bored with the choice if you stayed any length of time!
Used the pool, which was very nice, looked in on the wellness centre but didn't use it, so wouldn't like to comment, although it looked very good.
Overall a very nice experience, looking forward to my return for part 2 of my course in February.
