I stayed in this hotel for a week in June 2011 while attending a conference in Tubingen.
I got a very small, tiny room with an 80-cm wide bed, a desk and a tiny, old TV on the desk. Almost no room for my laptop, and almost no room for myself. This was the smallest room in the hotel as I could see several others that were larger. The view from the room was excellent.
Very quite place, except for the restaurant across the street that serve students on the outside patio until midnight, but that's what you get in a college town...
Bathroom was excellent quality
Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant.
Excellent breakfast with several kinds of breads, cheese, fruit, nuts, yogurt, milk, etc.
I never tried the restaurant at lunch or dinner.
My room was in the third floor (or perhaps fourth, the stairs were kind of a maze), no elevator, and barely got internet signal there, very patchy.
I would stay there again, perhaps on a larger room with better internet connection.
Local people told me that it is, however, one of the best hotels in town (there are just a few)
