I have got a large room 2 meters opposite the reception. Hotel is placed on the 6th and 7th flour as a part of shopping centre with no very representative surroundings. The room was very nice and roomy, nice furnished even with a kitchen section without any kitchenware (you can use it for nothing). LCD 19" TV with very poor signal, WiFi pay-less on the room. Breakfast similarly to every small pension in Germany. There is possibility to use a fitness centre with sauna for some 9€, however sauna was not working that week. I would recommend this hotel primarily for business, It is a good value comparing similar accommodation in Swiss, however for Germany there is a lot of other choices.

Stayed on route from UK to Italy. Staff spoke English and helpful. Free parking in shopping centre. Room was clean, large and good value. Breakfast was very good. No hassle at all. The only minor thing is finding the door to the hotel once you have parked. The hotel is at the entrance to the shopping car park (Rhein Centre) so try to park on a lower floor as the entrance is on the ground floor. If you can't find it just walk to the car-park entrance and you will see the hotel door then take the lift (reception on floor 6).
