I visited this hotel during a conference with my company. The hotel is quite confortable and equipped with all you need for a business meeting. Near the Frankfourt hotel is excellent from a logistic point of view. The room was nice and quite big, but I will never use it as tourist since is in an industrial area and far from some nice center.

We have stayed at other Frankfurt Airport hotels before. So far, this is
the best in terms of cost, convenience and service. The restaurant had good food too.

One of us stayed in this hotel unexpectedly as a result of flight disruptions to Amsterdam due to weather conditions in The Netherlands. The hotel was arranged by the airline. I would say average airport hotel. The airline said a meal was included for 20 euros but it turned out that it was a buffet organised for the purpose of the flight disruptions. Basic toiletries were provided. I didn't want to have the buffet dinner and asked whether I could get one or two drinks instead which was denied. Bar area didn't look that cosy so I went to bed. I was satisfied with the emergency arrangement by the airline.

We had a very early flight to London and none of the other airport hotel locations we researched had early shuttles, so we opted for this one for its super close proximity to the airport, secure covered parking, and the free shuttle starting at 5am. Our rate included buffet breakfast, and 8 days of free parking, even though we only needed 4 days. Check in was smooth, and we parked in the underground garage, which has steps & a lift directly to the lobby. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable bed, but the pillows are the usual Euro type that totally collapse when you put your head on them. The hotel has an ultra light continental breakfast (coffee/tea/croissant) between 4am - 6am, for early travelers like us, but a full buffet is offered at 6am. There's nothing immediately around the hotel, so you're confined to the premises, unless you opt to ride the free shuttle to the airport terminal for shopping/dining (Frankfurt airport has a nice gourmet grocery store in the basement). Internet is only free in the lobby if you have your own computer - the hotel has computers in the lobby, but they charge. The front desk issues you a username/password for 30 min. of access in the lobby. Internet is available in the rooms, but is way overpriced. The staff was polite and helpful during our visit. Because of expansion of the FRA airport runways, the hotel is now located on the landing flight path, but our ground level room faced the inside courtyard, and we could only hear the planes as a very faint background sound, because of the double paned windows.
