Hotel Demas Garni is a good small hotel in a leafy suburb of Munich. It is about 5 minutes walk from the train station with a quick connection to central Munich. It makes for a nice change from the larger more impersonal hotels in the centre. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a nice airy light room with plenty of choice available. The staff were very helpful. It is conveniently situated beside a supermarket.

This is a small comfortable hotel in a quiet, pretty suburb of Munich. It's very easy to reach the Hotel Demas from the Munich commuter line - the train station is just a short walk from the hotel. I stayed here in May 2007. The room was pleasant and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure in the shower was good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet was THE BEST I've ever experienced (and I've stayed in a lot of European hotels over the years.) The coffee was superb and there was an astonishingly generous array of cereals, eggs, fruits, juices, tea, cold cuts, cheeses, breads. The rooms were reasonably priced and the hotel is so convenient to Munich that I'll stay here again, rather than in an expensive Munich hotel.
