Its not a good location if you travel with public transportation, but it is in a nice area. The breakfast buffet is a little bit pricy. However, the staffs are every nice.

This hotel is esaily accessed by tube/metro, at about 20' from Munich downtown, and also at about 20' bus drive from FAF Munich University. It has a very good ratio quality/price and nice and smiling receptions, eager to give you directions. A good breakfast and clean rooms; all in all an OK choice.

Simple & clean hotel outside Munich, very convenient when you travel by car. Very friendly stuff, very good value for the money. Can be recommended.

Booked the hotel through hrs.com for 47.5 euros a night and it was a great choice. The hotel is a slow 10 min stroll from the S2 train station and offers its own free parking for guests. It is a 20 min or so ride from Marienplatz. This hotel is a great choice for those with cars.
The rooms were neat and clean and very reasonably sized. On a clear day, if you are facing the right direction, you can even see the Alps. The hotel also provides free Wireless internet.
Did not try the breakfast but there's a great option of buying your own breakfast from the supermarket just below the hotel. Would definately come back here if i had the chance.
