I Stayed here in this hotel for 3 weeks on Business..
It has a gorgeous garden to the rear where you can relax in the sunshine.
The staff went out of their way to be friendly to you, there is also a solarium (sauna) which can be turned on at your request. Everytime i went in the sauna the staff had put little fairy lights on and laid out a huge crisp white towel and lovely fluffy dressing gown along with some toiletries. I thought this was a lovely Touch.
Breakfast is good, typically bavarian with fresh meats, cheese, fish, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries and scrambled eggs, mushrooms and bacon. Always Fresh orange and pineapple and other Juices Available.
Also a Great Buffet on a tuesday night for 10euros there is a huge selection of meats including schnitzels, ribs, lamb etc.
I think i was given the *long term stay* room as when i saw others rooms theyr were much nicer and bigger and i presume they are for non business and short breaks.
However, my hotel room was sufficient for me it had a comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a lovely bathroom. Full length mirror was a bonus when getting ready to go out.
My room was cleaned every day without fail and was always given fresh towels.
This hotel has great access to the city centre of Ingolstadt, Just cross the road and get the number 21 bus which comes at quarter to and quarter past the hour. This will take you to the RatHausPlatz (Town hall) where you can then get off or change to the number 16 Bus which comes at 5 past and 25 to the hour, this will take you to ingolstadt HBF (train station) where you can travel to Munich, Pfaffenhofen, Nurnberg etc.
Ingolstadt itself is just beautiful, the streets are spotless and you always feel 100% safe.
I absolutely loved this hotel. Its also Cheap at about 80 euros a night for a double which is literally £35 pppn.
I will definitly be returning to this hotel in the future :-) !!
I hate only rated the room as a 3 because i was in there for 3 weeks and i don't think it was big enough for this.
