This hotel is quite a gem. The rooms are relatively simple, but wonderfully comfortable and personal.
The hotel prides itself of a great restaurant - an important asset in this part of Germany where good food can be hard to find. In summer you can sit in the large and atmospheric courtyard while enjoying your dinner or drink.
The hotel is in a quiet side street, just off the old town. It takes five minutes only to walk to the castle and cathedral from here. And Quedlinburg is a wonderful little town to explore on foot.
But even for exploring the wider region this hotel makes a very pleasant basis.

I stayed at the Romantik Hotel am Brühl for three nights, and I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed the hotel. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, with a towel-warmer and even a grab bar in the shower/tub.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was incredible. I just cannot say enough positive about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the central square of Quedlinburg and many of the rooms have views to the Schloss. The rooms are relatively simple but clean and comfortable. There is no minibar but there is a complimentary bottle of water left in the room each day.

The public areas are very attractive and the restaurant is stunning - when the weather is fine then it's possible to dine in the garden. I was very impressed with the quality of food in the restaurant and I understand that the restaurant is considered to be the best in Quedlinburg.

Breakfast buffet is good - boiled and fried eggs, plus the usual continental breakfast offerings of meat, cheese, breads, preserves, yoghurts, fruit, etc.
