Purpose of stay was a short stop over while on a roadtrip.
There is no Hotel parking, but by luck managed to get a street parking space outside the hotel. I was then informed on check-in that we could not park there due to a market the next day and that the street would be closed. Couldn't see any signs for this and there were plenty of other cars along the street but took their advice and moved into a public carpark about a 5 minute walk away. The next day there was indeed a market but cars were going in and out without any problems, so felt let down that I had to park away from the hotel and pay for public parking unnecessarily.
The room was ok, well appointed and in a nice location with plenty of restaurants and bars along with the lake in easy walking distance. Breakfast was the usual fare of cold meats and cereals, but nothing special.
Although polite, I didn't find the staff particularly friendly or helpful (Not particulary attentive, on check out had to wait 15minutes while the barman looked for the receptionist).
It's not that it's a particularly bad hotel, just that I didn't feel very welcome which was probably more noticable considering the outstanding hospitality received in other hotels for the previous few days.
