This is not a 4 star hotel, but a 3 at the most.

Heating system extremely bad. I received a room not occupied in previous days and for this the heating was shut down and it took more than one day to warm the room; unfortunately too late as I got really sick because of that.

Except the restaurant staff, the workers in there are not good professionals.

If you book a room there, make sure you take a map with you, as none of thetaxis I got in Duesseldorf knew how to get there (and according to the staff in the reception "it is not their problem")

I stayed here 3 differant times during the World Cup in June 2006.

The hotel has a small outdoor pool which is in a bit of a sun trap in the afternoon.

The staff were very friendly on all the visits.

I ate a few times in the hotel bar and was impressed with the standard.

The rooms were clean and had ample space. Only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms.

They even let us leave our hire car for free in the hotel car park while we had a night away in another city!

A twin room was approx 40-50 Euros which was good value.

I'd stay there again.
