We have stayed in this hotel at least half a dozen times. The location is great: one just drives off the motorway and turns into a quiet cul de sac. The service is always very friendly. The food is good, and while not cheap still reasonably priced and always very good quality. The breakfast is fantastic. If we could have one wish then it would be a children's menu, as the only thing they offer is half portions of adult dishes, although we have found them accommodating with special wishes.
There is even a small pool, about 10x5 metres, and about 135cm deep.
The rooms are well kept and clean. There is some road noise in the background if one sleeps with the window open, but it's fairly faint.
Altogether a very pleasant and friendly place.

On the website it says there are 115 air-conditioned rooms and in the room tea and coffee making facilities. Neither of these is completely true. There is tea/coffee, but only for 'business' rooms at more cost, and you cannot lower the temperature in your room. I stayed on one of the hottest days of the year and it was stifling.
The hotel is a long way from anywhere unless you have a car. It's in a suburb of Neuss, which is pleasant enough but apart from a few shops and small restaurants it is just houses.
The breakfast is OK, with plenty of variety.
There is no free wifi. There is a computer in reception with free internet access. For internet access in your room you have to pay online. The website mentions a 'dataport' in the room but I was not offered that.
The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom was OK. The hotel was clean.

A good no frills/standard hotel. Staff were very polite and answered queries very well. Breakfast good. All reasonably priced.
