Dear potential clients, Finca La Ramallosa is open for business for over 5 years now. Myself and my wife take care of our guests personally since them. Always devoted to our clients, when we have a confirmed reservation (either email or phone call) we always call our clients before arrival just introduce ourselves personally, to be sure they know where we are located, to know their estimated time of arrival, so we can prepare a welcome lunch, dinner or snack and to solve any other doubt they may have.

Unfortunately, the author of this note, came over our hotel without a confirmed booking (weeks before arrival, we replied to their request within 4 hours, saying we were not able to offer availability that weekend), even though their travel agent confirmed availability to them by mistake.

We explained them that the travel agent made that mistake, we found them a room at a nice hotel within the nearest town and we offered them two free nights at La Ramallosa any other time just to compensate their trip over here.

Also, even though we have a detail indication on our website about how to get here, including the track (by the way, not recommended for sports cars like the one this clients came with), we always explain it personally when we talk to clients, so they do not get lost.
