Stayed overnight with family on 28 Dec 2011 and took a double room.

Though this property was good but the service standards was below average. I think this problem lies with entire TATA group..whatever you think of they talk of Trust to sell their product but things would be otherwise. I booked it after a talk over phone. I told them explicitly where exactly i have work the next day, but I think, was misguided. I found after check in that the place i wished to go, is not less than 20-22 km away from the hotel. So, i found, TATA's name does not always stand for trust.

Room Service was horrible..The Chinese food we ordered was not at all Chinese in taste. How can i forget, Schezwan Chuttney, turned out to be pickle. Opinion regarding the taste of the soup ordered was similar.

It provided you parking place down for the vehicle. Finally, hotel was OK but one must be careful choosing this hotel if he has work in Pune city area.

It's a budget hotel , it's a nice and small property, however i am not convinced on the services provided against the price charged. Having stayed in ginger bhubaneswar and delhi , i feel there is a lot of scope for improvement.

I chose this hotel as this was very close to Pimpri - a place in Pune where my Client is located. The hotel is a very good business hotel. The room provides all modern amenities like tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, an LCD TV hanging in the centre of the wall opposing the bed. The hotel staff is very cheerful and cooperative. I stayed for 2 days and had a real good time. There's an ATM located right on main gate entrance. Also, the food is very good - there is a buffet in dinner with very nice variety - Moong dal halwa is very tasty. The breakfast is complimentary.

I happened tp visit Pimpri this week and was booked at Ginger,Though it is a budget hotel and small rooms the hotel is well maintained and worth the stay. This is agood hotel for frequent visitors to Pimpri and Chinchwad areas.The rooms have all the amenities that are required for a couple for a short stay.The staff is also very cooperative but you need to book yourself well in advance as being in a budget catagory the occupancy is above 80 percent.
