I won't choose again Castelsenese for my holidays: it was a real disappointment. The location is beautiful and the staff is kind, but the owners haven't the least idea of what "agriturismo" means.
The food has not the value of its price (almost 30,00 euros): the bad wine and the bottle of water they served us have been charged extra; the breakfast was poor, including just milk, coffee and a little piece of cake; if you want to eat something else you have to ask for it to the maid.
The swimming pool is a puddle you can reach only by car; you can ride on horseback (extra charged) or take a walk in the country, but there are a lot of big dogs always following you in a not encouraging way (dangerous for children!).
The few persons of the staff cook, clean, wash, receive guests, the stable boy serves the dinner...so owners save money...
Improvisation, lack of professionalism, a bill out of proportion to the service offered: it's no sufficient to be the owner of half mount Subasio to open a guest house!
