Recently stayed here for two nights. I can see the previous reviewer's point about rules, but have to say none of them bothered us at all. E.g. I don't tend to expect a swimming pool at a B&B, so it was a pleasant surprise to find that there was one at all, even if we could only use it in the late afternoon/early evening. Similarly, Renee the owner, doesn't seem to be present all of the time, but as we really only needed to see her when we checked in, at breakfast and when we checked out, that wasn't a problem for us. She has set up the house so that half (or more) is basically private from the guests, and seems to run the B&B so that she has time to herself, which I can appreciate!

Overall, the B&B is nicely decorated and quiet. There was no TV in our room, nor in the shared living room area, but that was fine with us. Our room was comfortable, and there was a portable AC unit in the room if we needed it. Wireless internet access is available for $10 for your stay. Renee has a lot of information available on the island and gave us cards to obtain free tastings at different cideries etc. She also has menus from lots of restaurants around the island which was helpful in terms of choosing where to go, as places can be quite scattered. There are 3 rooms in the B&B, and breakfast is served at a table for 6 so you get to meet the other guests and chat in the morning. Fortunately the people who were there both mornings were very nice, but it could be a little awkward if not! The breakfasts were very tasty, starting with juice/smoothie and fruit, then an egg-based dish and lastly a muffin/pastry/crepe.

Not entirely satisfied. Will not returm. Too many rules and restrictions! The following are only a few we experienced during our stay.
-backyard, water front, was not accessible/was not encouraged to visit.
-could not have a bath- no drain plug/ tap was shut off! Showers only!
-pool had very limited hours- very limited!
-hostess not available (went out to buy a wine opener)
