I tried to book a room at this hotel for my wife and children. I was asked to put my request in writing in an email and they would get back to me within an hour.
They did not get back to me that day, or the next. I called back and i was told they would get back to me immediately. I'm still waiting. Maybe the hotel is good, I don't know because I won't be staying there this year or in the future. It's a rude and disgraceful way to treat customers. They wasted two days of my time.
