stayed for four nights and slept very little. mattress springs were very firm in the middle and soft on the outside which left me feeling as if I was falling out of bed. the position of the light switches on the headboard meant that you turn the lights on when you turn over in bed and this kept waking me. The weather was very warm and humid and they refuse to switch on airconditioning until June - told me to sleep with the window open, not good advice as the noise from the nearby motorway, adjacent railtrack and MacDonalds and feral cats (who also tried to come in when the window was open) made it difficult to sleep. Three coathangers supplied for a double room, not enough for a business trip when clothes need to be kept smart and there is no ironing board or any where to press clothes and you have to ask for an iron. 2 towels only supplied and they were very small, thin and grey (yuk). bathroom lighting was very poor which made it difficult to apply make up. Task lighting poor which means you strain your eyes when working. I had to insist to get the room cleaned on sunday. I would have changed if the hotel had not been paid up front and if I had time on this trip to look for alternative accomodation. The only good thing you could say is that the staff were friendly and it is handy for the motorway. I ended the trip feeling exhausted, not good when you are working.
