We were 2 adults and 3 children in a small 3-bedroom apartment for a week at Christmas. It was clean and well-stocked, but the bedrooms were pretty tiny. The living area was big enough for us to add our small tree and gifts, and it was very cheerful and bright with a high ceiling and large sliding glass doors to a ground-level terrace. The laundry facilities are small - two washers & one dryer - but they're reasonably priced and in good working order. The complex has a nice little playground and it's an easy walk into the little town or to the shore of the Med. We appreciated the quiet location as well as the easy highway access to Martigues, Marseille, Aix-en-Pce, etc. We have had very good luck with the ResidHotel chain, with one slight exception, and Cap Bleu didn't let us down.
