We spent same days at this hotel in Cavaliere. It is a two star hotel simply, clean and, as read before in tripadvisor, if you ask a room on second or third floor, you will have a beautiful view of the sea.
Cavaliere is a small village but you can find supermarket, same restaurants, bakers and all the necessary. In a few minutes of car, you can reach Le Lavandou (a bigger village) where you can find many shops, restaurants and the port where leave boats to reach Isles Porquerolles (don’t miss them , they are beautiful).
The beach in Cavaliere is very long, with sands and crystal water.

I can echo the comments made by the earlier reviewer. This is is a very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The decor of the bedrooms is simple but very imaginative. There is a very comfortable lounge, and the public areas generally are much better than might be expected from a 2* hotel.

I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Cap Nagre in the summer of 2004. Fairly simple accommodations, but a nice location literally across the street from the Mediterrean Sea. If you get a second or third floor room with a sea view, you get a great view from the balcony. Cavaliere is just a small seaside village with several informal restarants and pizzarias easily within walking distance of the hotel. You are also about a kilometer from a small, but very nice naturist beach.

We had a wonderful stay there and would return - no questions asked! Recommended!
