We prebooked hotel with a good credit card number. Trip was very intense. 7 hotels in 12 days. Mostly only sleeping in hotels, leaving early, and coming late to the next hotel. This one was #4 in sequence. Same credit card everywhere. We looked especially for check in end time and planned the trip so that we come 30 minutes before that.
What was our surprise when we came - we were told, that they do not have an empty space. Employee transfered me to their manager. Manager was very rude. He wasn't even sorry for kicking us out!
Thanks to employee - he gave us access to their Wi-Fi at least, so we were able to find a fast & expensive replacement hotel for that night.
And they didn't even try to call me! (my cellular died that day, but I receive SMSes with informaiton on missed calls. I had a few missed calls that day from ppl whom I know, but not a single call that was not in my contact list that day!)
