Hotel Belazur is a tipical French pension. no frills value Hotel.with fre wi fi and It is well positioned with easy access from the Port or Tunnel.and lots of free parking two minutes walk away.
The main problem was the shower, it was so tiny (Room 7) the door opened about 35cm. 14inches, it had no soap dish, so if you droped the soap you had to come out to pick it up.all in all good value

Why do you stay in a hotel? A place to sleep. At about 11pm, the nightclub next door began playing music. It went on until about 3am. The noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep through. The walls were vibrating. We had to get up early for a ferry, we had only had about 2 hours sleep. Ridiculous.
Pictures of the hotel are misleading. The hotel room was dark and uninviting. Having to be given a, battered old, remote for the TV on check in was a nice touch.

All other reviews are correct - this is a DISCUSTING DIRTY SMELLY hotel - Noisy fairground right outside our room - windows will not shut properly - absolutly FILTHY Bathroom I cannot stress how DIRTY this hotel is - DO NOT stay here you will have MAJOR PROBLEMS and may be VERY ILL afterwards from the MUCK - It says it all when they have to keep the TV remote at reception - I felt VERY unsafe at this hotel - NOW, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

WARNING !DONT STAY THERE,an absolutely disgusting hotel,dirty shabby bedding curtains filthy and hanging off the rails,double glazing windows broken would only shut held together with a piece of wire,carpet dirty had to keep our shoes on,now then the bathroom! I would'nt bath a pig in it, A very old pink bathroom suite with cracks in the bath and dirty, No shower radiator and pipe work thick with back dust and cobwebs, Pubic hair in the bath and on the floor, when we complained conviently the staff could'nt speak english,Then was told no other rooms available.Also an old black portable tele so high up on the wardrobe you could break your neck to watch.All french channels no english.This hotel would of been ok in the 1940s. Also breakfast was something to be desired i will leave to your imagination.(DIRTY FILTHY HOLE)
