We were shunted here after the Hotel Du Golf next door couldn't honour our booking as they had no hot water. We were with two small children originally in a family room. We were offered two adjoining rooms, both of which reeked of cigarette smoke, the one was especially bad, which we rejected. Two others were offered, but the general feel of the place was grubby, with low ceilings and pokey. I could not have stayed, and especially not with two little ones. The rooms were ground floor with a UPC door leading to the outside, which didn't feel particularly secure for us, and felt a bit like staying in a caravan with bathrooms which weren't clean, with plasticky accessories.
We decamped and drove to the Ibis by Cite Europe, which was more spacious, safer, and ultimately clean. I would never return to this hotel and would most definitely not recommend it.
