We were placed here by Ryanair due to a cancelled flight so thankfully, we were only in the hotel for a short night. To begin, we waited about 45 minutes for them to find us a room, due to most of the flight being taken to this one "hotel". Eventually they gave us a room key & we got our belongings together and went to search for the room, on finding the room we realised, the key we had been given did not work. The same was happening to many of the people in rooms in that corridor. So the reception staff came and unlocked the rooms. We were told we could not leave the room as to do so would mean we could not get back in.

My friend and I squashed into the extremely small room and just laughed at the situation we were in. The curtain was open and we had cars directly outside our room, with the roads around looking into our room. There was a small desk and a "wardrobe" the wardrobe was about 30cm wide and had no door, just a very small rail & a shallow shelf. The bed was a good size but was very uncomfortable and appeared dirty so we opted for the safest option of sleeping on top of the cover.

The toilet was extremely small, with a small shower, a toilet and a small sink squashed into about a metre and a half squared space. The toilet was stained. The sink was cracked and the shower had dark, dirty marks all down the walls with dirty stains also on the floor.

We were provided with a basic breakfast the following morning consisting of croissants, cornflakes and french bread.

Overall, i would never stay here willingly and would warn people away from this hotel.

Ok for ONE night in an emergency I guess but would not intentionally book this hotel. I feel guilty writing such a bad review as the staff were very friendly but the standards of the rooms are so grubby and old and I could barely wash my hair in the shower as it was such a tight squeeze my elbows kept hitting off the wall. Oh and the shower head was broken and covered in brown slimy stuff which was not nice. I did only stay the one night thank goodness on my return to the airport from Paris. P.S. food ok, basic buffet continental breakfast.

Yes a cheap stop over when arriving late at the airport 45 euro for a double room with breakfast extra.-however the walls were so so so thin we could hear everything going on in the rooms on each side and above. The person next door had a bad chest and literally coughed all night. Then guests started getting up at 6am for early departures. I know this is not the fault of the hotel but some attempt at soundproofing is needed.
Rooms miniscule and we could not pass each other in the room without crawling over the bed. Breakfast looked as though it had been good however by the time we arrived at 8.45 the room was empty of people and every table filled with their remaining dishes and no clean dishes or cutlery left. I actually had to sneak into the kitchen to find things as the place appeared empty of all staff. Eventually a harassed looking man appeared and sorted breakfast out for us and it was very good for such a place. we left bleary eyed with exhaustion to face a long journey ahead. In retrospect i would pay more for a better quality hotel to ensure a decent nights sleep before such a long journey.

This is a lovely hotel. It is clean, in excellent condition and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But that's about it . The hotel is in an industrial estate. There is no free shuttle from the airport. I sent umpteen emails before our trip, I phoned from the airport before flying and again when we arrived in Beauvais airport but it didn't exist. The cost of a taxi from the airport to the Balladins is 15euros. Contrary to what any website tells you, the hotel is not within 10 or 15 mins walking distance of the city of Beauvais. It took us 45 mins along a busy and, at times, dangerous, dual carriageway during daylight. Buses don't seem to run from or to the area of the Balladins and it's impossible to get a taxi to and from Beauvais, especially in the evening. After going to Paris by train, when we got back to the station in Beavais around 6.30 pm, there were no taxis at the taxi rank, we phoned the number on the sign but nobody answered. So that was another 45 minute walk, not so good if you've been trekking for hours around Paris. You really need to have a car or bike if you use this hotel.
