We paid extra for a room overlooking the park and considering the hotel advertises soundproofed rooms we were hoping to sleep well. The main internal doors also have notices asking guests to be quiet after 10pm. We were awoken numerous times throughout the night by very loud banging, as if someone was slamming their door as hard as they possibly could. It reverberated through the wall of the room.
The next morning we went for breakfast across the road, leaving the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door. On returning we were shocked to find the door of our room propped wide open for anyone to enter and our twin beds had been removed. We had left all our belongings in the room. A minute later a man entered the room and plonked down a double bed base. He left, then returned a minute later with the mattress. No one word was said to us - not an apology or excuse me.
When we complained to the receptionist about the noise in the night she said "there is a party of 40 staying here for 2 nights. It is good business for us, although maybe not so good for you". Why does it mean that the other guests staying had to put up with this noisy behaviour, and why weren't this group of guests not told to be quiet?
We complained about our room being left open and were initially told that they thought we were staying an extra night, but then she said that there was a change of requirement for that room. Why didn't they have the courtesy of waiting until we checked out before entering our room in our absence in this way?
I do not think that 76€ for a rather basic and small room is good value, and we were upset by the noise and our treatment by the staff.

Myself and my wife stayed in the room. The room cleanliness and decorations were Good. But the worst part was that it had two separate single beds instead of a single double bed. When I booked the hotel it showed me as double bed but found they were twin. When we reported this issue to the Receptionist next day morning he didn’t take the matter seriously at all. Also the shuttle service to this hotel is very poor. We had to walk to the Beauvais airport morning instead of waiting 45 mins for the shuttle service. Avoid this hotel if you use public transportation. Not in a convenient location.

Firstly, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two most important things when you are on a stopover. We used this hotel only because we had a flight the next day out of Beauvais Airport with Ryanair. It IS close to the airport (BVA), however it is VERY far from Paris or Charles de Gaulle. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station in Beauvais, and it came out to about 10 Euros one way.

We were given room #104 which had one Queen bed and one Twin bed as well although there were only the 2 of us. The staff not only arranged for a taxi for us for the next day but also allowed us to use their computer at the front desk as we required internet but did not have a laptop. It is free internet but you must bring your own equipment which we didn't have.

The only reason this is a good hotel for a stop over only is that it is quite far out of town. There is a McDonalds and a Buffalo Grill in front of the hotel. The hotel served free breakfast, it consisted of fresh bread, meats, cheeses, yogurts, coffee, juice etc. The only strange thing about the hotel was that there was a channel which had very explicit things on it, which I would recommend watching out for if you're travelling with children. Also there is no elevator, only stairs which can become a problem for some with a lot of heavy luggage.

Overall good clean hotel for transfers and very reasonable price especially if you're converting Euros and Dollars.

Have just spent three days at the hotel. It served its purpose - we hired a car to Visit Normandy and Reims so its location between the airport and the centre was ideal to start off the trips. Good facitlties, liked the breakfasts, however, I couldn't get logged on the Internet. Courteous and helpful staff, easy check-in and out.
