This is the first time I've had brilliant and consistent staff service whilst staying in France. In fact I've had worse service in 4 star hotels. Reception staff are great in particular. We used our tesco vouchers to stay in two caravans in aug 2011. there were 6 of us and I wouldn't fancy one caravan. Lovely area, quiet, not very commercial, peaceful for august. We hired bikes on site and cycled through the forest with our kids which was fantastic, do try this, the routes are pretty easy.

Pool is heated, what a great surprise that was. so you can swim even on cloudy days. Lifeguards take their job very seriously. Clean park. Clean caravans. Nice area. No chavs.

Only complaints we had were you couldn't have a drink by the pool, not allowed, this is mad, you have to move to the cafe area, through the an entrance which means uprooting everyone just to get a coffee. Also, no pool toys allowed in main pool, only the tiny baby pool. This again is harsh for families.

Staff in shop, in restaurant very helpful. Restaurant was nice and quite reasonable. Would try a siblu park again.

Our first Siblu Holiday will not be our last! We travelled with a 2 year old and stayed in an Excellence with Terrace.
The Mobile home - more modern and extremley well kept than some 4 star hotel rooms & apartments I have stayed in
Facilites - all a 2 year old could want... heated pools, slides, parks and excellent bubbles club
The onsite restaurant doesn't look like much but the food was delicious and well priced.
Recommend a visit to Apremont for the lake and chateau
Unfortunately our car was written off a few days into the holiday but the staff could not have helped us more... translating with the garage, helping us book our transport home and assisting with extending our accommodation where needed, even the park directors wife ensured with had a car seat in a car to get us to the bus station... coule not have asked for more in such a situation! Thank you Le Bois wishing you a happy winter and hope to re start our french adventure again next year!

This was our 2nd holiday in St Jean De Monts. Siblu on the whole is excellent. There was a mix up on our booking and we were put in an adapted caravan which was totally unsuitable but Siblu acted quickly and moved us to a brand new caravan. Nothing negative to say about Siblu - both Dormant and Masson are excellent. The town is great, free parking all along the enormous sandy beach, cycle paths everywhere, a lovely forest to explore by bike, safe for families, large market in St Jean on a Wednesday morning. Great toboggan water park in St Hildare nearby. Great weather. Oh and the restaurant at Bois Masson is great too - never had a bad meal there. Only negative thing with St Jean De Monts on the whole is that all the restaurants serve the same food for children - Pizza or chicken and chips - my daughter is a vegetarian and its a bit of a nightmare. We usually feed her at the caravan before going for our meal!

We had a great week, kids adored it (9 & 13) and really did not want to go home, the kids clubs were excellent and well run and the kids adored the guys that ran it. Plenty of evening entertainment if you wanted it, it was a very safe and secure site, the pool was fantastically well life gaurded and very clean with plenty of good quality sun longers and beds. We had a 3 bed excellence with terrace and were very happy with it, absolutely spotless and a great little gas bbq that got plenty of use. Had a minor gas maintenance issue and they were so responsive the engineer was there before I'd wandered back from the reception to report it!!, simply excellent. I have nothing negative to say about our stay, great staff, great entertainment and a great holiday, thank you Siblu.
