We booked two rooms as part of a package to visit La Braderie in September. On arrival we found that the chef had left suddenly and there was no hot food available that evening. The drinks at the bar were very expensive, especially wine! On the second evening there was no one serving at the bar; we asked the manageress if we could get service but she refused and she was extremely rude to a number of customers. At breakfast the staff refused to answer our requests; I was rescued by a French guest who spoke sharply to the member of staff concerned. In our double room there was only one teabag for two people! There were bedbugs in several of the rooms and some people had belongings stolen during the day, e.g. laptops etc.
