We had rooms overlooking the river inlet & towards the old town which although busy was pleasant. The rooms were compact as was the shower enclosure but fine & servicable if not luxurious. We did not suffer with bedbugs as vehemently mentioned in other reviews, our windows opened & closed without trouble & with the windows closed the traffic noise was minimal.Breakfast was ample & if something was in short supply one had only to ask for it to be replenished. We found the staff pleasant & they did not laugh too loudly at my abominable french, which comes from the Peter Sellars school of !Perhaps we were luckier than some?It would have been nice if the bar stayed open later but they do have to clean the area ready for breakfast & there's plenty of bars locally. On our experience I would reccomend this hotel but not if you seek luxury accomodation.I suppose it should be "moin cher"for what it is.
