We paid EUR32 per night for two nights in Boulogne. It is by far the cheapest hotel chain in the Boulogne area, and is good value for money - if you want a basic overnight experience. The location is awful - middle of an industrial estate next to the dual carriageway. Not easy to find and that wasn't helped by the location on the Accor website satnav "Points of Interest" being wrong! Use the address and you will find it.
Rooms - big enough (bunk above double bed for 1 child); breakfast fine; clean and tidy and all newly decorated inside. (Outside looks grim but they are starting to work on that).
Although the Auchan shopping park is just the other side of the dual carriageway it's a 2-3 mile round trip by car and not obviously walkable either. Nowhere much nearer to eat dinner - but at Auchan there is McDonalds, Flunch, and various other reasonable value venues.
I'd stay there again, but would only recommend it if you want cheap, value for money, simple accommodation.
Free wifi though!
