Ok, so the rooms aren't en-suite and it's not in the centre of town. However, my room was far more than adequate considering the €35 I paid. I'm generally rather fussy when it comes to cleanliness but this place couldn't be faulted, not a speck of dust anywhere. Neither was it overly small at all. Ok, if you haven't been to a Formule 1 before, the showers are separate. They're in private room off your corridor. Even though the hotel was busy the night I stayed, I found them clean and being cleaned regularly by staff (though they have some sort of automatic cleaning function too).

I had a room with a double bed and a sort of single bed bunk above it. Very comfortable it was too - no complaints.

I opted for breakfast and what was offered was more than could have been expected. Ok, the cornflakes were an unfamiliar brand and the seating are cramped but for €35, I certainly couldn't complain for what I received.

Overall, I'd rate the place highly for value for money.

We booked here for our last night before catching the ferry home. Hoping for a good nights sleep before the six hour drive back to Yorkshire. The hotel is located on an industrial estate near the Auchan supermarket /mall and if you are travelling up from the south quite badly signosted.

Check in is easy and the rooms clean and comfortable. Unfortunatly it was a very hot night and we had to leave the window open which was practically next door to the Bologne ring road. Still not properly asleep by 12.30 I was woken by an explosion.

We evacuated the hotel to find a car on fire in the carpark. When the fire brigate eventually turned up and extinquished the fire the car had obviously not been parked.

We could only assume that joy riders had brought it into what is quite a remote location and torched it. We did not receive any information from the hotel staff and returned to our rooms when it appeared safe to do so. I could not recommend this place due it's apparent lack of safety. Needless to say a good nights sleep was not had.

This hotel is excellent value for money and it was just what we needed.
We basically needed somewhere to stay the night before catching the ferry back to England. The hotel is on an industrial estate so not good if you are expecting nice views, garden etc but perfect if you want cheap and cheerful.
We arrived late at night and as I had prebooked the room on the internet all I had to do was insert the same credit card into the machine outside the hotel entrance. It automatically allocates you a room and gives you an entrance code for the doors.
The hotel and rooms are very clean and adequate as a stop over for a small family who prefer this to a camp site. The showers and toilets are in the halls and are to share - however each one is individual. It is kind of like being on an aeroplane as the showers and toilet are plastic cabins that are self cleaning. There are also coffee and snack machines available and each room comes with a sink and tv complete with canal +. Breakfast was simple but nice and for 3.4 euros you cant really complain.
The previous night I stayed in a hotel in Paris whose official rate was 370 euros per night. This hotel was 26 euros per night and to be honest I slept just as comfortably.
I would definitely stay at this hotel or one of the chain again!
