Stayed here in September 06 as part of a party of 8. Rooms clean and well equipped, staff very friendly, food in resteraunt good, but wines very expensive. Golf course ok. Only problem was the noise from mowing the greens at 5 in the morning..

Our booking in this hotel was confirmed by Expedia on 15 Aug 06, however when we arrived on 22 Sep 06, the hotel informed us that there was a problem with our reservation and that they had told Expedia about this on 15 Aug 2006. However, a few hours prior to our arrival, this hotel had faxed a booking request to another hotel in Arras to asking this hotel to accommodate us. If our booking had been cancelled on 15 Aug 2006, they would hardly be expecting us to arrive at their hotel, therefore they would not have needed to make the alternative arrangements for us. It seems that we were 'bumped' by a longer stay party. Morale: if you book the Golf Hotel in Arras through a third party, confirm your booking prior to arrival. The Golf Hotel in Arras has been found out, they tell porkies.

great golf course. very helpful staff. food pricey. long way out of town. nothing to do if you don't play golf

Stayed here for a golf/sightseeing break. Good location, rooms fine with nice views of the golf course. Restaurant food above average, but the price of wine was way out of proportion. Location also good for sightseeing and exploring World War I sites and cemeteries. Would visit again and play the course at Arras which is very nice.
