Parking was 9 Euros a day as a resident. My room was small for the price. The restaurant was over priced and the service poor. Wifi is free and easy to access. Not clear why they charge so much money... this is an average hotel with very average service.

The hotel is in a historic building that has enchanted by her beauty. No luxury, but comfortable and reasonably spacious in the room. Very clean and organized. Good service. Hotel well located near the center of Arras.

We stayed here for one night on our journey back to the UK. It was a last minute booking but we were very happy with our choice. The hotel has seen better days - it looks a bit dated - but it was comfortable and welcoming, with free parking and wifi. We had booked a deluxe room and were upgraded on arrival to something even larger with a nice view across the rooftops of Arras. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of town with all its bars and restaurants. A great choice if you're passing through this part of the world.

A couple of useful tips: make sure you arrange a parking space in advance as there aren't enough to go around. And make your reservation through the Best Western website - it offers a better rate than booking directly with the hotel (at least it did for us).

The hotel is located in the centre of Arras, and is both welcoming, and clean. The room was just fine, and the food in the restuarant superb. We were so impressed we intend to revisit with friends, later this month, to resample the resturant, recommended.
