We have been in this hotel for some nights and it was very nice there. The owners a very, very nice and helpfull. We were hiking and all our clothes and shoes were wet - they helped us dry those so we had no troubel of planning the next walk. Also the dinner was very good!

A very sympathic familiar hotel for some romantic days in a very nice region!

Were the people who gave this place such great reviews actually staying here?! We were in a superior room adjacent to the rear entrance so were inconvenienced by everyones comings and goings along the uncarpeted passageway. Sound insulation hasn't made it this far across the Pyrenees as in this hotel there is next to none. Our room has a wooden floor and by the sound of things at 10.45 pm so does every other room. As I write this I can hear other residents climbing into their very hard bed if, like ours, it is as solid as a rock. This hotel is very ordinary, bland, uninspiring and we couldn't wait for the morning to come so we could leave. Our room at 100 euros was absurdly expensive for what it was. Go elsewhere or be happy to put up with mediocrity.

Used this hotel three times while passing through Cauterets. very clean and tidy. Very friendly family proprieters and they put on agood home cooked meal.
Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Situated not so far from the bus station, it's nestled between apartments and other small hotels. After a long train ride from Paris via Lourdes, to be welcomed by the warm atmosphere in the reception and salon. We found a small elevator to be a great surprise. Our superior room was charming, photos attached. The family have really given much attention with the details to add the experience of staying in a rustic ski town. Unfortunately we did not take the demi pension package so we ate out everytime.
