Staff are VERY friendly, and there was never an issue with late pick up from the airport or Airbus training centre. Rooms were comfortable although air conditioning was not up to the job and the window did not open on the second floor.
Bar was OK, food pretty normal hotel standard. Breakfast was just about edible, but as it was included in my rate It was ok.
Advertises internet available in room (wired) and wireless in lobby / bar, well it is SO SLOW it was completely un-useable. Good job that was free too.

This place is OK compared with some of the other brands locally, but most people here are working or training at Airbus, so they have a captive audience.

Arriving late on a Saturday nite we were appreciative of the hotel shuttle being available to pick us up. We spent 3 nites at the hotel, we found the staff very professional and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast (expensive at E20/pp) provided a nice selection for all preferences and especially for our low carb diet. We had drinks and supper at the hotel and found the service staff to be friendly and attentive. Our meals were what you would expect of a good French restaurant. The internet/ Wifi system needs to be modernized. With our ipads we were unable to access the in room internet. There is a public lobby computer which is not that convenient to use. We used the airport shuttle to return to the airport and then took the Airport Bus into and back from Toulouse each day (E 5/pp). From there we could take the subway or train to areas that were not within walking distance. We doubt if we could have found the hotel if driving, even on the shuttle it was difficult to see how to find the hotel, the hotel signs and roads in the area are not clearly marked. In fact , when we did later drive back to the airport it was frustrating trying to even find the correct roads to return the rental car, we would never have found the hotel. Like all of the hotels in the area it is a business hotel located in a busy industrial area. There is a pool that is visible from the restaurant is accessed by going through/ past the restaurant. it would be nice to have a more private way to go to and from the pool, especially when the restaurant is open for breakfast and supper.

I have just spent 3 nights at this so called 4 star hotel. I usually stay at the 3 star Holiday Inn Express next door, but thought I'd try this one.
It appears to have all the trapping for this class of hotel, but one soon see's through this.
There seems to be one floor with smoking rooms and after speaking to some of the other guests, not one of these rooms has an ashtry.
They have a patio area with 15 tables, this is right next to the pool, I saw just 1 ash tray which was overflowing with butts, when I asked for this to be emptied, this was all they did, empty it, but didn't wipe it clean. Because of this lack of ash trays, the floor of patio area was covered with hundred's of cig butts, there were also dicarded drinks cans and used tissues on the floor and not a bin I could find anywhere except in my room.
The bar had 4 beer pumps(?), only 1 was working. There was a choose on 1 congnac and a very limited range of other spirits.
Because of the layout of the breakfast area, it was a bit of a melley as most had to walk passed the other cramped tables to get their self service items. The bread/rolls selection was not as good as the 3 star next door.
The room was smaller than the 3 star, ok there was an orchid in the bathroom, which they didn't provide next door !!
You needed to ask at the desk for a special code to use the internet, never heard of that before ????
On one of the nights it was over 200 euros and 149 on the other 2, I felt aggrieved at this, even though my company were paying.

Convenient location just off the airport, near Airbus assembly plant. Air conditioner was poor, we had to open windows. Rooms were big, clean and updated. Reasonable price. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate. When we visited the city center we realized this was a vibrant city, but other hotels there were fully booked. This airport hotel is at a good distance from the city center and train station. Therefore, a taxi ride to the city center will be expensive.
