Although situated in a fairly unattractive part of Montpellier, the hotel grounds were pleasant enough. The room, however, was certainly not as clean as we would have liked. The built-in wardrobe had a hole in the wall and was too dirty to actually put your clothes in. More importantly, the toilet did not work properly, and the owner was extremely unhelpful, verging on abusive, when dealing with our complaints.

I only stayed at Le Lodge over one night, would have liked to stay longer to be able to take advantage of the lovely swimming pool area. Nice doggies. Location not so perfect – just outside Montpellier.
