When I booked this I did not realise it was in an industrial area with other chain hotels on the outskirts of town - so unless you're here as a business traveller on the road don't bother! There are nicer hotels in the centre of town that have character and even cost slightly less.

I guess with chain hotels they don't have to make much effort. The best thing I can say is that the bed was very comfortable and clean and we did have a good sleep. Despite being near the highway it was also very quiet, and I should add the staff were friendly.

But, the place is bland and in need of some work - the worst thing was that the door to our bathroom did not close! We had to hold it closed while sitting on the loo - not great for a couple! To be fair to them, we did not even bother complaining as we were there for just one night and did not have the energy. So we didn't give them a chance to rectify the problem. It seems ridiculous that they didn't know about it though.

The breakfast buffet was a little on the expensive side, and as there are no cafes or restaurants it is the only option. It was nice enough though, with good quality bread and pastry.
