We had to stay with 18 people in this hotel for a week and planned to stay here in January and February 2012 here as well.
Do not ask the reception for someone to serve you in the hotel bar. If you do, the answer is "I am not responsible for the bar". If you are with a large group and you ask your meat to be well done, rare or medium please expect chalked on the outside rare on the inside. Complain and you get it totally burned. Even Gordon Ramsey can't change this kitchen team!
They offer internet but it is not working during day time and evening.
Ask what time a train leave and the answer is go to the railways and see for yourself.
The prices are unbelievable high for this service as I would in the end expect to be paid for staying here. 125 euro a night for the room, 8 euro for a beer if you can find a bar man/women and 16 euro for a breakfast where it is clear the cook never worked with eggs.
The only thing what is positive is that the hotel rooms are cleaned properly.
Next time take the effort and go to or the airport which is only 2 /3 km away and check into the Hyatt or go to the city center!

Modern, well equipped hotel close to Paris Nord exhibition centre, but blighted by the most unbelievably surly and miserable staff. Everything is too much trouble and they let you know it! I’ve stayed at many of the hotels in the Kyriad/Campanile chain, being a French outfit you grow to expect there quirkiness/weird ways, but this hotel is a disgrace and will not chose to stay at this chains hotels again.

The room was clean. WIFI was free. Staff was helpful...and the price was right for Paris.

Within walking distance of the RER station, convenient for getting to and from CDG airport. Easy to reach the tourist sites using the RER. We had purchased a week long pass allowing unlimited travel on trains,metros and buses.

The bedroom itself was fine. However the breakfast was overpriced (16euros) and evening meals were terrible even though they were on average 22euros per meal. Several clients were complaining about their meals in the restaurant, and even though my colleague did not eat her meal she was still charged for it. The service on a whole was general with sarcastic, arrogant and unhelpful staff.

There is no other alternatives for restaurants in this area and Paris is a long way on the RER in the evening. If I was to come back to the Parc des Exposition again I would stay in central Paris and take the long journey in to the show in the morning.
