We found this hotel last minute through our GPS. We were looking for a decently priced and clean hotel in a safe part of the city outside of Paris since everything within the city was expensive. We arrived late at night and the staff was very helpful in getting us a room and letting us park for free.

We had a triple room. It was clean, flat screen tv, small, but we didn't mind. We traveled with two toddlers and although the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, the hotel was safe and even served a breakfast buffet for a low cost which was very convenient. Only about 15 minutes from the sights of Paris. Well worth it. We paid about 80 Euro total and that included breakfast for 4 of us and taxes. Great price.

The staff was really nice and breakfast was great for the price the only negative is the location. The train system is kind of difficult to figure out the first time and we got lost once. And there is absolutely no nightlife you have to go back into the city in order to party. I would not stay there if you want to do a lot of touring because you waste a lot of time taking a number of different trains. Positive is free wifi!

We booked a triple room for two of us. Had plenty of room. Clean, nice staff. Breakfast included. Bread, rolls, cereal. Close to police station. Close to subway station. Has elevator.
