Do not stay here.. Did not know what to expect for the price, but did not expect this...
We just wanted some where we could rest our head, visit the centre of Paris, but be close to the motorway for quick exit. Thank God for the quick exit!
I actually read the reviews for this hotel, and thought the reviews seemed a little positive, so happy to book. First impression, lock the car doors whilst driving.
The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris Centre, and there is a station close by to the hotel for travelling into the centre of paris, but rest our head!! I dont think so. Neither my husband or I slept. The hotel was dirty, smelly and noisy. I did not feel safe at all.
The only positive thing was the carpark... There is absolutely no way I would have left my car on the road!!!!
The gentleman on reception was also very sweet and helpful. (He was too good to be working in a hotel like this)!
I feel very safe with my husband, but felt very vulnerable in the area the hotel was. I love Paris, and appreciate that there are good parts and bad parts of any major cities especially capital cities.. I have been to a lot of places in my life, but never have I felt so uneasy.
The hotel itself is not very good. The reception is welcoming Thanks to the receptionist. Though once you leave here, the lifts smell, the coridoors smell of drains and the room we were in smelt musky and of cigarettes (even though our room was a non smoking room).
Yes the room was reasonable price, but even if the price was for a pound, I would not stay here again. Ever!
