The room is quite amazing, very nice decorations, bed, coach. The bathroom was unbelievable its decorations and lights and design are magnificent.There isnt any restaurant( except for breakfast served 7 a.m.). there is a very small assortment snack bar. inside your room you will find a safe, kitchen aid, coffee machine, dish washer, oven, microwave and an electric kettle.

We had a 12-hour layover at CDG and decided to get a good night's sleep. I made the reservation the same morning on our departure from Morocco, through booking.com, and got a email confirmation number. But alas, on our arrival at 11:30pm, the desk attendant could only say he couldn't find our reservation.

When we agreed to start with a new reservation (at the booking.com rate), things looked promising. Then we were given key to a room that hadn't been made up yet, then a room with a sleeping occupant in it, next a room with yet another occupant trying to sleep, next another room with no mattress to the sleep sofa, and FINALLY a room that had all (except soap that we had to make yet another trip to the front desk for). The night desk attendant was trying, but man, it was a LOT of effort!

The room was actually terrific, nicely decorated, very comfortable and a rather good rate for an airport hotel. I begrudge booking.com more for our fiasco, and would still comment favorably on the actual facilities at this hotel. Continental breakfast is a joke of 15 euros, so we just had coffee.

We Stayed at the Only Suittes hotel over New Year. Upon arrival we thought the hotel seemed perfectly adequate despite an unsavoury smell in the reception. As we went to check in the receptionist stayed on the phone for 15 minutes without even a glance at us, nor acknowledgement, so we just had to stand and wait. When we finally did get served she failed to apologise for our wait. We went up to our room and were pleasantly surprised, it was clean and quite nice. We stayed there that night and went out the next morning. Whilst outside the room the maid approached me and asked how long it would be until we were leaving. We thought nothing of it and I told her we would be leaving in 30 minutes. After returning back to our hotel the following evening we found that 120 Euros had been stolen which were hidden in make up bags in our suitcases. Disgusted at this we went down to the reception to be greeted by 'Shea'. She was EXTREMELY rude and possibly the most unhelpful lady I have ever met. Shea proceeded to tell me, with a blasé approach that it is not the hotels responsibility and when requested that she call the police, she decided to concoct a story that the police in France do not do call outs (not quite sure how stupid she thought we were). She proceeded to smugly smile and upon occasion even laugh at our situation. She refused to let me talk to the manager, wouldn't give me the head offices phone number and it was a struggle to get her to tell me her name. She said she did not know who it was that cleaned the room and even when I described who the lady was she shrugged her shoulders and looked blankly. Unless you want to be robbed blind, greeted with unhelpful staff and smells, and all in all have a terrible experience then do avoid at all costs.
If you have already booked at this hotel then good luck with the reception staff :)

Lost about 300 euro in room when out for breakfast...very terrible experience!
