This hotel is very convceniently situated within the CDG2 airport complex, right above the RER/TGV Station. Check-in was fine, the room was well appointed, and the view out on to the runways was fun and completely sound-proofed.

The only negative was check-out - three agents working - one helping a line of air crew exclusively, and the other two dealing with a guest complaint while the line of waiting guests just grew and grew. At over 15 minutes, the wait I experienced to check-out was unacceptably long and there was no alternative - no check-out facility on the TV, phone etc. For an airport hotel where everyone is going to be time conscious this whole process needs to be improved urgently.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business, and overall it is a fantastic comfortable hotel.

The beds in the room were very comfortable but some of the furnishings were a bit dated and tired. Some of the desks wood vinyl was coming off and the old tv stand is now the home of the minibar, which was odd as the unit is quite big and takes up a lot of room.

The TV service is fab with many channels, but €10 for 4 hours wifi seems a bit extreme when wifi in reception (when it works) is free.

The views from the rooms are all of the airports busy aircraft taxi ways which is quite fun to watch.

The service in reception is great with very friendly and helpful receptionists, but housekeeping and breakfast staff were very rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to be there or help you. Surprising as the cost of breakfast is very expensive and in my opinion very mediocre. It's sad these miserable staff let the hard work of other staff down.

The hotel is right next to the RER B station into Paris and TGV which is good. A single to Paris €9.10 but if there is a group of 5 the ticket is around €7.50.

One tip don't buy beer in the bar, a pint equivalent of 1664 is €12.50 - there is a Petit Casino supermarket in the airport basement with beers at €1.90!

Overall a lovely hotel and I would recommend a stay here!

This hotel could not possibly be any more convenient to those who have an overnight layover in Paris. The train station is just below this property and you can be in Paris having dinner in less than an hour. There is a nice bar in the hotel and a nice business center. Very nice and professional front desk staff.

Have stayed at other Paris airport hotels (Novatel and Hilton) and this is the best to my knowledge. Obviously this is not a hotel to stay at if you're in Paris for more than 1 night but for a layover or early morning flight it's just perfect. Smack bang in the middle of T2 (the others are a 10 min shuttle ride away) and right above the RER / metro station with trains into the city it's so convenient!

Staff / service are good - efficient and helpful. We had experienced N issue with our booking (confusion with dates as the website used the US month, day, year system) so our booking was for June instead of Feb and they kindly moved the booking and charged it at the same room rate.

Rooms are very nice and well appointed overlooking the planes and train station but well sound proofed so you can't hear a thing. Bed was huge but, as is so often the case in France, with too soft pillows. Bathroom is nice but bath was none-too-clean and had a strange metal / mirror door that didn't shut properly which prevents any privacy. The room service had good options and tasty food but that p,us all the extras (mini bar / wifi) are pretty expensive.
