This hotel is very convceniently situated within the CDG2 airport complex, right above the RER/TGV Station. Check-in was fine, the room was well appointed, and the view out on to the runways was fun and completely sound-proofed.
The only negative was check-out - three agents working - one helping a line of air crew exclusively, and the other two dealing with a guest complaint while the line of waiting guests just grew and grew. At over 15 minutes, the wait I experienced to check-out was unacceptably long and there was no alternative - no check-out facility on the TV, phone etc. For an airport hotel where everyone is going to be time conscious this whole process needs to be improved urgently.
