Located at Paris CDG Terminal 3, travellers need to take the CDGVAL to get there from other terminals. The CDGVAL starts at the stop between Terminal 2D and 2F, and it is free. From the first stop to the hotel front desk, it takes about 15 minutes.
The hotel is a basic and compact onel which you would expect of an airport hotel. When I checked in it was not busy but the only reception staff was on the phone. It was like 5 mintues or so before another staff come out to make the check in for me. The service was good though. The lift requires you to swipe through the scanner wiht your room card key in order to get to the floor. There is no porter service, but they allow you to take the trolley to the bedroom floor.
The room is good enough for 2 persons, basic, no surprise. Small TV, small desk, closet, electric kettle, mini bar, safe, a sofa bed. Some amenities are not provided in the room unless you ask. However, the temperature is not controllable by guests. I felt a bit too hot inside the room but can not adjust. Surprisingly, the room accommodated my 2 big luggages and one hand carry case, and I still can walk.
The breakfast is a decent one, though not too many selection. Coffee and hot chocolate is provided by machines, so the staff there only takes care of the food. The orange juice comes from jar, but it feels like real one. The restaurant has some greenery nearby, so making it a very relaxing environment.
Not every staff speak good English. But generally the staff are polite and helpful.
