We booked at the last minute to visit Paris and most hotels were full or if not very expensive. A tripadvisor review led me to this Novotel being that it was half way between Paris centre and Eurodisney both we planned to visit. We booked a superior double room with a double sofa bed for our children (ages 3 and 7). Their bed was bigger than ours! Not as comfy but very adequate for children. We also got a deal for breakfast for EUR1 however upon check in they said we had to pay for breakfast but when we gave them our confirmation they apologised for their error. We found staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typically continental and no complaints from us. There was a play station in reception for children to play with and also a small play area for smaller children. Our children were given free gifts when we checked in which were great. The hotel was a bit hard to find when you come out of the station and there isn't anything around so don't expect nightlife or fine dining. See it as a base and bed for the night. There is a very good shopping centre opposite the hotel (also the entrance for the RER train) and we stocked up at Carrefour and Paul each day for our day trips to Paris. The trip from the hotel into Paris was very easy (trains every 5 mins) and wasn't an issue at all during our trip.
It's a chain hotel but a good one. We would recommend it as it is good value and ticks all the boxes as long as you aren't expecting 5 star.
