I'm writing this from my hotel room. The reviews looked pretty awful, but even then I'm badly surprised. The sheets are dirty, and there are cockroaches in my room (killed one, at least one more hiding under the bed; they're not of the too-disgusting kind, but still). It's as if no one actually works here. There is only one receptionist; he doesn't speak English, and he takes an excruciatingly long time to do anything (in typical French fashion, it seems that his main interest is charging the 40 eurocent per night room tax).

I booked here because Paris seems to be fully-booked. And I booked for two nights (ugh!). I think I'm stuck here for two night then, but it's not going to be nice. I hope I don't catch bed bugs.

Oh, also notice: if you don't have a car, getting here is a mess. It's not close to any RER station, so you have some walking to do on sidewalks that are on the side of highways, and it's not easy to find. The hotel does not have directions in its website, so that's not help.

So, if you have any other choice, take it.

The internet seems ok in my room.

For the price we paid is more than fine. Decent hotel, not to far, well connected to Paris

Me and my Dad stayed here for 2 night this Fall because we were driving and wanted a hotel outside the city to avoid traffic. We booked the hotel over the website and when we got there our booking was not registered in the computer. They found us a room anyways and when we went to our room there was a man laying naked on the bed! We went down to the desk and told them someone was in our room and the ladies laughed and were shocked because their computer told them it was "available." Once we got a new room I must say the halls smelt so badly that I actually held my breath or covered my nose with my shirt. The rooms and bedding didnt smell much better and we needed to keep the window and fan on just to survive. The bathroom reminded me of a bathroom on a bus or plane, it was nothing like I have ever seen.

Extremely thin walls, you can hear everything. The tv does not have one english channel so if you don't speak French don't even bother turning on the tv.

The breakfast was decent, but not worth the 5 euros.

The hotel also stated that the workers spoke english, but don't count on it. We could barely communicate with the receptionist and she said nobody else could speak english.

So I would say only stay here if u are absolutely desperate and dont mind poor conditions. And bring your own blankets and pillows!

My wife and I booked a 1-night stay at the hotel a few months ahead of time to make sure we'd have a place to stay the night before France's National Holiday. We used the hotel corporate website to book and put my credit card number up to firm up the booking. We arrived at the hotel early during the day only to be told that our booking had "vanished" from the booking system. Fortunately, the attendant was able to find us a room. This was disappointment number one. I must say we had stayed in "Premiere Classe" hotels elsewhere in France before (year 2000) and were very satisfied with the level of overall quality of the hotels in general and affordable prices.
We got our keys and started to unload the car so we could head off to downtown Paris for the day. When we got to the room (last floor) we were taken aback by the state of the room. The floors were somewhat dirty, there was only one double bed (usually there are 2 beds: one double and one single), the window, once open, revealed that previous tenants of the room had jump on the nearby roof to party (empty cigarette packages and wine bottles littered the roof). It is as if the hotel has not aged well and was in dire need of renovation and clean-up.
The plus side of the stay was that the hotel was directly under the flying zone of the military air show on the 14th of July and we had a pristine spot to watch it. I must also point out that the attendant gave us the Internet rate (10 Euros cheaper that the regular price) because we had an internet booking (proof in hand).
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, unless you are in a bind and absolutely need a place to sleep when in Paris.
