Priced to suite the room. No hair drier provided like in Campanile Epernay. Plate of the day was a type of fish that I would not recommend. The girl at the reception desk in the afternoon was not at all helpful in regards to meeting foriegn tourists needs. Would think twice before going back.
We had 2 rooms booked here. The first night was fine as we booked via the website.
The staff were very friendly at check in.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The bathroom had mould around the bath and looked like it could do with a good clean. The
My main complaint with this hotel is the problems with booking a room. Online was no problem however we added more day by calling reception, when we arrived back at 1am our booking ref wasn't recongnised and the emergency contact was not answering. The next morning we spoke to reception and they said that it appered that our credit card hadn't been added to the reservation (an oversight by them).
Breakfast was ok but again nothing to write home about.
I feel that the Campanile brand is no longer what it used to be
