Based on my experiences with this hotel I must say I disagree with most of the reviews on here. It was clean and tidy, with friendly staff and a good location. While it was indeed basic and could by no means be called luxurious, my girlfriend and I found it provided everything we needed without any extras - ideal as a base for a weekend in Paris. If you are on a budget and plan to only sleep and wash here, i would recommend it highly. Do not dismiss it based on other reviews (I think the writers were maybe expecting too much!)

Out of expectation, the hotel appeared really nice in contrast with 10 (of total 23) bad opinions I had read in the Internet. The room, bathroom, bedclothes were clean, no traces of flies. Service persons were polite and spoke a number of languages. Continental breakfasts were OK. The distance from the Palace of Congresses is some 20 minutes on foot.
I recommend the hotel to those who want reasonable accommodation for reasonable price.

Nice Hotel in a very nice Area, close to everything,(supermarkets, metro, pastry shop, restaurants .....), staff helpful and very nice, especially the lady Rabia, One thing need to be added is the curtain for the shower.

Absolute value for money.. very comfortable rooms (though a little small), but great for the price (100 Euros a night)
