close to Periferique and Metro, Parking can be a problem. Quiet hotel with good beds and good breakfast.

This hotel was fantastic! With the cheap price we weren't expecting very much. The hotel staff knew english, some good, some very good. They were polite and helpful. When we arrived, our sink was clogged, we told them and when we came back to the hotel two hours later it was fixed.
We were three people on one room, and the room was quite small, but all had real beds and the duvets were clean and cosy. the bathroom was small but clean. and the shower was big with a mini bath-tub.
This hotel lies in a safe neighborhood, not far away from the Louise Michel metro-stop. (which is still in the zone 1 of the paris visite metro pass) It's easy to find and the surrounding area has shops in it and it's quiet. There are some great restaurants nearby and they also has good service. Our personal favorite was Reataurant Chez Jo et Débo right across the street, great people, great pizza and pasta, and if you order americano coffee, they know what you mean.
All in all a safe, interesting resting place for your holidays in Paris. Great people and a taste of Paris in french. I'm going back!

Based on my experiences with this hotel I must say I disagree with most of the reviews on here. It was clean and tidy, with friendly staff and a good location. While it was indeed basic and could by no means be called luxurious, my girlfriend and I found it provided everything we needed without any extras - ideal as a base for a weekend in Paris. If you are on a budget and plan to only sleep and wash here, i would recommend it highly. Do not dismiss it based on other reviews (I think the writers were maybe expecting too much!)
